The staff was very pleasent and I was able to relocate without any penelty. fridge in room.

outdate, small rooms. bathroom vanity wasn't in the bathroom, air-conditioner and bathroom fan were to loud to run. mold in bothroom

Quiet, you didn't hear the other guests. Close to where we were going. Great price, very clean and I felt safe.

Rail road tracks behind the hotel. Didn't bother us when we were sleeping but we could hear them when we were awake.

The venue is spacious and fairly clean with a good value and polite staff. The location of the hotel in Edmonton is great and excellent, next to many good restaurants, the Derrick and the ghetto. Southeast Edmonton is a district that deserves exploring. Every time we stay in Edmonton, like to stay here.

The price

There were no locks on the windows of the room and you could just reach in and unlock the door and I was in a non smoking room and the night stand was full of ashes! Was not impressed and will not stay again!

They cheaped out on towels ... two large ones and then one of the others. The beds were not that comfortable so we each had one, uncomfortable for two people in one bed. There were no instructions for the phone services the bathroom was quite dirty, obvioously the floors aren't cleaned and there were clumps of hair on the walls and ceiling. Sticks missing for stirring coffee and very limited supplies

We thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our great 20 nights stay here. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a refrigerator, a microwave and climate control in the double room. The property's location was marvellous and magnificent, in the middle of the city. Further, it was a short walk to many good restaurants & stores.
